Warranty Inspection

An 11th month home Inspection is a typical inspection that evaluates the homes outward appearance. This includes the structure and all major systems and components and looks for minor issues unique to new homes. This inspection should be conducted during the 11th month of the resident and before the builder's normal 1-year warranty period has passed. 

The report of a licensed home inspector is frequently accepted by builders as a request for repairs. The owner will receive a thorough report with pictures and a list of defects once our certified inspector inspects the home.
